Refund policy

We accept returns of unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Due to food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened food products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact customerservice@etmoicha.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will be happy to assist.
