SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Et Moi Cha. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping (UK): Free for orders over £25. For orders under £25, a standard shipping fee of £3.29 applies. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days.

Premium Shipping (UK): £4.29 via Royal Mail / Evri. Delivery usually takes 1-2 business days.

International Shipping: We currently ship to Europe. Shipping fees and delivery timelines will be calculated at checkout based on your location (usually 5-8 business days).
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Et Moi Cha is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at customerservice@etmoicha.com with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
